Ingredients
- 100g Wholegrain Organic Brown Rice 
- 250ml Coconut Milk 
- 1/6 tsp cinnamon (ground) 
- 1/8 tsp chilli powder 
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt 
- 300ml water (as required) 
Directions
- Add the rice, coconut milk, half the water, cinnamon, chilli powder and salt to a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Simmer and stir frequently until most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Add more water if required and cook until the rice is tender (add water a little at a time).
- When most of the water is gone, cover and remove from the heat. The remaining liquid will absorb and the rice will be nicely steamed.
